Great donut spot where you can enjoy donuts and local wine from spot next door. There’s limited indoor and outdoor seating with bathroom.

Donerds is a great donut place for Jim Thorpe tourists and locals alike! I usually get myself a chocolate milk and a donut after my run on the D&L Trail which is just a couple of blocks away. On Friday when I visited I had the strawberry French toast donut for the first time - I think it was the best donut I’ve ever tasted from there - and I’ve been going there for 6 years! Excellent cinnamon sugar outside and great filling! I hope they keep this donut all summer!

Donuts were SO delicious!!! I didn't have super high expectations, but the actual donut was insanely fresh and tasty. And the toppings were great. We got a canoli and a smores one. The only downside is it shares a space with a bar so the availability for tables is almost non existent. However the donuts are absolutely worth it and we will return!

What an incredible little find for a morning coffee, a midday pick-me-up, or simply satisfying your sweet tooth! Donerds Donuts is a locally owned small business that’s well worth a stop when you’re visiting Jim Thorpe. I learned that the owners met in Chile, where they were inspired to start a donut and coffee food truck. They sold their handcrafted donuts from a vintage VW bus on the streets of Santiago before eventually bringing their passion to Pennsylvania. Today, they have two locations, and I had the pleasure of visiting the Jim Thorpe shop. The storefront is charming, welcoming, and has a few seats where you can relax and enjoy your treats with a fresh cup of coffee. Best of all, everything is made fresh on-site. Their display case is filled with an impressive selection of classic and specialty donuts, along with colorful macarons, French toast cinnamon rolls, flaky croissants, and a full lineup of coffee drinks ranging from lattes to iced coffees. Honestly…wow! Deciding what to order wasn’t easy. Since it was already midday, I kept it simple and went with a Boston Cream donut. It was incredibly fresh, light, and filled with rich, creamy custard, then topped with a smoot

Visually stunning donuts that are almost too pretty to eat 🍩 The staff is welcoming and kind. There is a large selection of donuts that are season specific. We came during Saint Patty's weekend and my boyfriend got the leprechaun donut and I got the strawberry french toast. They were fresh, light, and fluffy and would pair wonderfully with a cup of coffee. There is a sitting area conjoined with the neighboring shop. I can't wait to come back and sample some of their other flavors!
